Case Screening

Your case will be screened for merit and general theme. Based on the records provided, we will provide either a verbal or brief written opinion of the merit of the case at a fraction of the cost of expensive medical experts.

 Defense Medical Examination Attendance

One of our registered nurses will attend your clients' defense or independent medical examination as a legal observer.  Not only are our nurses' experts in taking and assessing histories and physical examinations, they have the medical knowledge and qualifications to testify in court.  Our presence will encourage examiners to maintain their integrity since they are working for the opposing counsel. A detailed report of the medical examination will also be provided for your records.
